Lyon-Saint-Exupéry and Bron Airport Manager

Fully interconnected, Lyon-Saint Exupéry is the preferred departure point for passengers in the southeastern quarter of France. The airport offers excellent accessibility with its motorway network, its TGV station and the Rhônexpress which connects the city centre of Lyon in less than 30 minutes. The ACI, the association of European airports, awarded him in 2020 the special mention of the award Best Airport 2020 (cat. 10-20 million passengers) in recognition of its actions in managing the health crisis after awarding it in 2019 the Best Airport of the Year award in the 10-25 million passengers category in terms of operational efficiency, quality of service and sustainable growth. Lyon-Saint Exupéry is one of three airports in the VINCI Airports network to be already carbon neutral. He received ICA ACA 3+ certification in 2017.

Lyon Aéroport is pursuing its major projects in terms of customer experience and the environment:
– After the valet parking robot in 2018, on 5 October, VINCI Airports inaugurated at Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport a new global innovation: the MONA service, the first full biometric route offered to the passenger, from end to end, including the creation of his biometric account from his home on the airport’s mobile app. At the time of contactless, MONA is adapted to the new health concerns of passengers.
– Continuation of environmental projects: target = achieve zero net carbon emissions (without offsetting) by 2026.
