Connection, commissioning, troubleshooting, changing supplier… Enedis carries out all these operations on a daily basis. As manager of the public electricity distribution network, Enedis carries out a large number of interventions every year: over 11 million in 2014. The nature of these services varies according to the customer: end customer, supplier or electricity producer.
