Objective

This open call aims at developing new in-vehicle electronic control architectures that are reliable, cyber-secure and upgradable.

Outcomes

Project must contribute to all the following outcomes:

  • Deployment of level 4 automation in road vehicles by extending the Operational Design Domains of the control systems towards higher complexity of greater scale.
  • Development of a new paradigm that includes a more integrated, resource efficient system.
  • Strengthened cooperation between European manufacturers and suppliers to co-design a cyber-secure electronic architecture with harmonized interfaces. 

Eligibility

  • Each applicant must be a legal entity that is established in an EU member state or to Horizon Europe associated country.
  • Each consortium must include at least three legal entities from three EU or associated countries. 

Activities must achieve TRL 5 by the end of the project.
